Permissions Explained:
* ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE : Application checks for Wi-Fi to avoid downloading data on 3G.
* DOWNLOAD_WITHOUT_NOTIFICATION : Application downloads periodically pictures. Notifications are
turned off to avoid obscuring notification bar.
* INTERNET : Pictures are downloaded from the Internet.
* WRITE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Pictures are stored on SD card. Old pictures are removed to
avoid wasting space.
